PostSubject: Guild Guidelines   Mon Sep 22, 2008 5:44 pm

The below guidelines pertain primarily to the nature in which you present yourself within the guild.

*All members are expected to act with maturity & respect for all members, this includes not insulting, disrespecting, or intentionally offending someone for any reason.

*If you sign up for a raid on Group Calendar, you are required to show up for that raid. If you cannot, please let an officer know before hand so that we know we need to plan accordingly. Repeated No-Shows, may result in you being 'blacklisted' from raids for 'suspensionary periods' and ultimately could lead to your removal from the guild. It is not required, despite us being a raid guild that you attend every raid, it is required that if you make a committment to one, you keep to your committment. We understand real life happens, so if a situation in real life occurs that prevents you from sticking to a committment please let an officer know asap.

*In order to raid, all the addons listed in "Raid Requirements" are required. You must have them. This is not negotiable, it makes it much easier for the Raid leader to communicate with everyone within the raid and improves the level of potential success.

*In raids, you are also expected to act with maturity and pay attention to the raid leader. This includes not speaking over them when they're trying to explain a fight, not carrying on conversations that have nothing to do with the raid, while you're doing a fight or one is being explained. We want you to have fun, but at the same time we also want everyone to understand that we are there for a reason, and we want to accomplish our goals success with the least amount of repair bill possible.

*Guild Meetings will be mandatory. We'll do our best to schedule the guild meetings at a time that works best for everyone, so if you can make it, you are expected to. We do realize not always will everyone be able to make it, so that is not a big issue, please let us know ahead of time. But if you can make it, you ARE expected to be there.
